Bronze – Provides routine maintenance and access to our call-out-services 24 Hours a day. We provide scheduled maintenance visits within this option, any additional callouts and parts are chargeable.
Silver – Provides the benefits of the Bronze contract, however call-outs* are included within this option.
Gold – Provides a fully comprehensive plan including call-out charges*, free replacement of faulty parts, resulting from normal wear and tear plus any firmware upgrades.
*With Silver and Gold plans, engineer call-out charges are included, except in the case where the system has been damaged by users or third party or if the call out is due to user error. Damage due to fire, storm, flood or Act of Nature, will be chargeable. Full details are provided in our contract terms and conditions.
